Need/Application: During manufacturing, water is used for cooling. This water contains particles of sand, pvc, plastic and other contaminants. These contaminants can clog the nozzles resulting in production stoppages in order to clean the nozzles.

Solution: Complete water filtration systems with automatic, electric self-cleaning filters-21 units per extrusion line.

Results: 90% reduction in nozzle blockages and line stoppage. Customer also has dramatic improvement in product quality with almost complete elimination of scratching.
