YAMIT E.L.I.'s Reverse Osmosis Systems The key components of our Reverse Osmosis systems are pressure pumps and RO membranes.
Reverse Osmosis Systems use semi-permeable membranes to separate and remove dissolved solids, organics, submicron colloidal matter, viruses and bacteria from water. Reverse Osmosis can remove 95%- 99% of the total dissolved solids (TDS) and 99% of all bacteria, thus providing safe, pure water. Applications include ultrapure water treatment, membrane water treatment, boiler softeners, and demineralized water treatment and pre-treatment.
Reverse Osmosis Systems use a pre-treatment of raw water before it enters the membranes. The pre-treatment prevents precipitants, protects RO membranes, and assure long operational life.
YAMIT E.L.I.'s range of pretreatment includes flocculation and multi-media filtration, softening, pH control, anti-scalant dosing, activated carbon filters, ultra-filtration, and micro-filtration.
YAMIT E.L.I's Membrane Systems Applications include micro-filtration, ultra-filtration, nano-filtration, and hyper-filtration.
Micro-Filtration
Filtration up to 1 micron to remove suspended solids. Primary applications include drinking water filtration and pre-treatment for hyper-filtration.
Ultra-Filtration
Filtration up to virus size. Primary applications include drinking water processing.
Nano-Filtration
Filtration to eliminate dual ion values such as Fe++, Calcium, and Magnesium from water. Primary applications include heating water treatment systems, boiler treatment systems, Food and Beverage Industry processing and cooling tower applications.
Hyper-Filtration
Filtration for treatment of sea water, brackish water, and DI water in the Petrochemical and Food Industries.
