YAMIT E.L.I.'s Wastewater Bio Treatment Systems supply high quality treated effluent in complete compliance with international standards. Our Wastewater bio filtration process is suitable for a wide range of capacities and quantities of effluents from small private properties to complete neighborhoods, hotels, resorts and large travel facilities. All stages of our Wastewater Bio Treatment Systems are: fully automatic, work on a natural process, and are environmentally friendly. Applications include heavy metal water recovery and wastewater bio treatment.
First Phase
Pre-separation tank with a unique design keeps out rough suspended solids and fat.
Second Phase
The effluent flows, either by gravity or by pump, into the bio-reactor. In the bio-reactor, the water is ventilated and recycled through a special plastic media. The processes in the reactor ensure highly efficient biological treatment by keeping the biomass constantly active.

Third Phase
The treated effluent is pumped into special polish fiber filters. The filtration process combines with high quality 10 micron filtration while the biological process is concurrently active on the filters media surface. All the processes are fully automatic and monitored by controller. A chemical "post treatment" process can also be applied. The treated effluents are safe, environmentally friendly and can be stored for irrigation use.
